How an engagement starts
Selection goes on the problem itself. Work is taken on by fit, one project or the whole operation. You send what you have, the messy version is fine; it is read in full, and the right ones get a straight answer in writing. A call to talk it through is welcome.
If it is a fit, the work begins with a one-page scope, in writing, agreed before anything is built. The scope names the mandate, the deliverables, the timeline, and the price. No work is invoiced that is not in an agreed scope.
What you own
On full payment, the deliverables and the operating system built for the engagement are yours: the strategy, the voice document, the frame architecture, and every file behind them. The system works with me or without me.
Until full payment, the work stays mine. Third-party assets (licensed fonts, stock, software) carry their own licences and are passed through, not resold.
Unless an engagement is under NDA, I may reference the work, that it was done and the result it earned, as part of my own record.
Payment
Engagements are invoiced as set out in the scope. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within 14 days. Ongoing engagements are invoiced monthly, in advance.
Retained work runs on a twelve-month minimum. You’re committing to a year of the work.
Late payment pauses the work. Nothing personal: I can’t carry an unpaid project.
Confidentiality
What you share to explain the work stays between us. Strategy, numbers, plans, anything marked private, treated as confidential by default, NDA or not.
What is promised, and what is not
The work is done with full care to a single, consistent standard. What is promised is the work and the system behind it, held to that standard.
Reach, growth, and engagement depend on the brand, the market, and the moment, not on me alone. No specific result is guaranteed, and liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Greece and the European Union. Disputes fall to the courts of Athens. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest stands.
These terms may change; the version in force is the one published here on the day you send a brief, and the scope you sign governs your engagement regardless of any later edit.
